Where should I get my pictures reproduced?
I can’t decide this for you, but I suggest considering Reproductions because they don’t just print the file you give them, they look at it, suggest ways of adjusting or cropping it, and tweak it to look extra good on their particular printers. They really care about your shot, and that’s what you want. They are the best at what they do and there’s a reason they print probably 80-90% of the headshots you’ll see.
When you take your images to Reproductions, talk with them about how it could be cropped, and discuss with them any changes you or they think could be made to the image. Minor adjustments to the color or contrast to the image beyond what I do in retouching can pay big dividends in the final image. They know their printers better than anyone and know how to get the best possible print from them.
